Our Story
Saturn Road is a coffee shop by day, and wine bar by night - but more than that, it’s a gathering place for the neighborhood. Stop by on any given day and you might hear bluegrass in the backyard, jazz floating through the front window, or laughter from a pottery class in the back room. We might be hosting flower arranging at the picnic tables, stand-up comedy, or screening a cult-classic film on the projector. Whether you're here for your morning ritual or a date-night glass of wine, we’re so glad you found us.

The Founders
Chelsey and Sam are native Texans, longtime friends, and the kind of gals who believe deeply in the power of space - how it feels, who it’s for, and what it makes possible.
Saturn Road is named after the main street in their hometown of Garland, Texas where their roots run deep. Together they wanted to create a space that feels like a second living room for the Cobble Hill neighborhood: warm, welcoming, and open to all.
