Live Bluegrass: Down North

  • 276 Court Street Brooklyn, NY 11231 (map)

Born out of the NYC bluegrass scene, Down North is a progressive trio blending the high energy of traditional bluegrass with their own original sound. Featuring Tom Gause (fiddle), Sam Chester (banjo), and Landon Trust (guitar), the band got their start at Mona’s Monday Bluegrass sessions and Jalopy Theatre jams before building a following through local residencies and small venue shows.

Join us the first Thursday of the month this summer for an evening of live music — we'll be set up in the backyard or in the front window of the shop depending on the weather. No tickets necessary. Show is free!

Great drinks, great music, and a perfect way to spend your night at Saturn Road.
